  I only gave one star because I couldn’t give them zero! This place has horrible customer service, they lied and added all these fees to my bill. Luckily I called customer service and they helped me out and waived all those fees. They charged me for accessories I never even purchased! Don’t ever go here! I hope someone above management pays attention and reads all these bad reviews and does something about that store because all the staff there are making Verizon’s customer service look bad! Never ever going back!
